Typical Teenager - Keep track of the meals and snacks that you eat for one weekend. Record the information on the worksheet provided by the instructor.  Select "Step-by-Step" once in the site and follow directions for each step.  Select one day's menu and enter the information into the Nutritional Analysis Tool specifying the nutrients Carbohydrates, Calories, Fat, Sodium, and Protein.
